Private home on Big Platte Lake featuring "The Best View on the Lake". 50ft of private frontage with dock, firepit, 2 bdrms, 1 bath, sleeps up to 6. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV/ DVD/VCR, A/C fireplace, gas grill and deck.
Amenities
The house is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, and basic appliances including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, washer and dryer, cable TV with VCR/DVD, outside grill and deck overlooking the lake. Guests must supply their own linens and towels. There is one queen bed, one double, a bunk bed and a sleeper sofa.
Area Information
The lake area is very family oriented. The water is crystal clear and CLEAN ! There are no boat motor limits, and water tubing and water skiing is a favorite thing to do. You are VERY close to businesses that rent everything you need, such as boats, motors, skis, tubes and jet ski's. Located just minutes away from Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, OUTSTANDING Golf Courses, shopping, groceries, the Cherry Bowl Drive-in Theater, Wine Country, Lake Michigan Beaches, Hiking & biking trails, Canoeing & kayaking, Pt. Betsie Lighthouse, Casinos, Charter fishing... and SO much more !
Rates
INTRODUCTORY RATES – Peak Season (June 1st through September 15th) $1,100 per week. Off-Season (September 16th through May 31st) $900 per week or $135 per night (3 night minimum required). Rates do not include the required 6% Michigan state use tax or $100.00 cleaning fee and are subject to change without notice unless reservation is confirmed. Sorry no pets allowed.
