Description
Green Lake is one of the nicest lakes in the area, featuring 2000 acres of clean and clear water. The Beach House sets on a level and wooded lot and is perfect for kids and adults to swim and play all day long due to the firm and sandy frontage. The three bedrooms feature new log beds.
We are located just down the road from the Interlochen Music and Arts Camp and the State Park. This is a must see home, neat and clean with room for everyone.
Amenities
It features a full bed in each bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa. Linens are included, but please bring your own beach towels. The home features new log beds and mattresses in each of the three rooms.
The home has a firepit, large dock and a terrific swim raft for the kids and adults. It includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen and cable TV/DVD player. There is a fire pit between the home and lake.
Area Information
This home is located within a couple miles of the Music and Arts Camp and is a short drive from downtown Traverse City and all the other area ammenities. Traverse City is about 12 miles away and you are not far from the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mt and many other area attractions.
Rates
Rates are $1300 per week in the summer, plus taxes. Call or email for off season rates. A $500 deposit is required within 7 days of booking and the balance is due within 45 days of the rental. There is also a $500 security deposit. Sorry, pets are not allowed at the Beach House.
